Brent Crippen – President

Brent Crippen is the President of KelMar Product Development and started the company in
2003. Mr. Crippen is responsible for all aspects of operations as well as future development and
growth of the company. His personal experience in product development, the patent process
and licensing will provide sound counsel and direction for other inventors.

Prior to forming KelMar, Mr. Crippen had a 17 year career with AT & T Wireless Services and
served most recently as the Vice President of Enterprise Services and Strategic Planning. He
also held positions as Vice President of Customer Services, Vice President of Finance and
Administration, Director of Finance and Controller for the company. He has also worked in
finance for companies such as; Dielco, Inc, NBCC Cellular, Inc., Servico Capital Corporation and
Days Inn of America.

Mr. Crippen has extensive experience in customer services, financial management, strategic
planning and people development. He excels in maximizing profitability through effective cost
management, enhancing revenue growth and improving customer loyalty. He has a gift in
building strong management teams, motivating people and masterminding creative business
solutions.

Mr. Crippen received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from the
University of Florida.

John Cheraso – Vice President of Engineering and Product Design

John Cheraso is the Vice President of Engineering and Product Design with KelMar Product
Development. Mr. Cheraso is responsible for all aspects of the product development cycle from
the initial design, to prototyping, material selections, and final production. Cheraso has
extensive experience in the areas of; Professional Engineering, Finite Element Analysis, FEA,
Design for Reliability, Design for Manufacturability, Product Redesign, Acoustic Design, Failure
Analysis, Technical Leadership and Engineering Consultation.

Cheraso is a highly skilled engineer with over 20 years of experience in the high tech consumer
electronics industry. Alongside of his role at KelMar, Cheraso is the Mechanical Engineering
Director and President of Adept Design Inc, Boynton Beach, FL. He has owned and operated
this business since 2004. Adept Design was established as an Engineering contracting and
consulting firm. Prior to owning his own business, Cheraso worked for Motorola in Boynton
Beach for 18 years. He developed the industry’s flagship portable communication devices
having margin contributions exceeding more than $1B annually and served on the Corporate
Mechanical and Process Committees for 12 years. He held numerous positions during his
tenure at Motorola from Mechanical Engineer to Principal Staff Mechanical Engineer.

Cheraso received his Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering (BSME) in 1987 from Florida Atlantic
University, Boca Raton, FL.

Jim Pedersen - Vice President of Operations and Client Relations

Jim Pedersen is the Vice President of Operations and Client Relations for KelMar Product Development. Mr.
Pedersen will serve as project manager coordinating with product development as it pertains to the process for
each client. He will be a primary contact for the customer with a specific focus of monitoring customer milestones
and tracking any issues that may arise throughout the process.

Pedersen is a seasoned businessman and has held many positions relating to operations, manufacturing,
administration, contract negotiation, materials procurement; finance and supplier relations. Most recently
Pedersen held the position of President of KAI Limited, Inc., a contract manufacturer of electronic components in
the U.S., Taiwan and mainland China. Prior to that, Pedersen has held executive level positions for KBS, Inc.,
Advanced Promotion Technologies, Modular Computer Systems, Inc., Diversified Electronics Corporation, System
Engineering Laboratories, and E. I. Dupont Photo Products Division.

Pedersen is ideally suited for customer-facing interactions with Kelmar and will bring his more than 4 decades of
operational experience to the business.

Pedersen is a University of Florida graduate where he received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Industrial
Engineering.

Tom Pelli - Vice President of Business Development

Tom Pelli is the Vice President of Business Development for KelMar Product Development. He has a proven track
record and extensive sales experience. Mr. Pelli is responsible for identifying new prospects, sharing the Kelmar
Product Development value proposition and expanding our client base.

Mr. Pelli has worked as an executive in Sales and Marketing, Consulting and Membership for companies such as;
Waste Management Nichols Sanitation, Tom Pelli Enterprises and The Stuart/Martin County Chamber of Commerce.
Most recently, Mr. Pelli has managed and maintained existing agreements between Waste Management and
building contractors with Nichols Sanitation; as well as negotiated new contracts between Waste Management
and commercial builders in all of Martin County.

Earlier in his career, Pelli spent six years with The Stuart/Martin County Chamber of Commerce. He developed and
implemented membership programs, policies and procedures to increase community out-reach, expand member
services and improve membership. He was responsible for all administrative, sales and public relations functions
necessary to maximize growth and maintain member satisfaction.

Pelli earned his B.A. degree from Long Island University, is a graduate of Martin County Leadership (Class 13) and
is a graduate of the Dale Carnegie Institute - Building Relationships. A community advocate, Pelli has also been
involved with many 501C-3 organizations, such as: The American Cancer Society, The American Heart Association,
The Boy Scouts of America, Children's Arthritis Foundation, Cystic Fibrosis and Muscular Dystrophy.

Jacqueline Walls – Vice President of Marketing and Public Relations

Jacqueline Walls is the Vice President of Marketing and Public Relations for KelMar Product Development. In this
role, Walls is responsible for all aspects of marketing and public relations direction and execution. She leads
marketing strategy, brand management, advertising, creative, product lifecycle marketing, and promotion and
media relations.

Alongside her role as Vice President of Marketing and Public Relations for KelMar, she operates a marketing
consulting business and specializes in marketing communications, public relations, and promotions (consumer
and business to business).

Before starting her own business and joining the KelMar Team, Walls had a 15 year career in corporate America,
serving most recently as a Senior Marketing Manager for Motorola on the Software Development Team. While
there, Walls organized developer conferences, coordinated global product launches and trade shows; managed a
global public relations firm and developed packaging and marketing support materials for new product
introductions.

Additionally, Walls has held other marketing positions in the wireless telecommunications industry for Sprint PCS
and AT&T Wireless (formerly Cingular). In these roles, she was responsible for selecting and managing General
Market and Hispanic Market Advertising and PR firms, served as the company spokesperson, handled corporate
communications, public relations and employee recognition programs.

Walls earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of South Florida and a Masters of Business
Administration from Nova Southeastern University.

He currently holds 13 U.S. patents, the Distinguished Innovator Award, published 4 technical articles, received the
Silver Quill award for public technical publication, and numerous other
